Hey there! I’m Alex, the ultimate advocate of the idea that work doesn’t have to be boring. And yes, you read that right: I believe that we should enjoy going to work! With a mother and grandparents from the fabric and theater world, and a father who ran a billiard factory (yes, that’s a real thing, and no, I don’t play biliards), I couldn’t help but be surrounded by creativity.

After a long time in the automotive industry, where I learned more about engines than was good for me, I discovered that I wanted to do more than just ‘I put the car in the garage’ activities. Thank you, grandpa, for the idea of ​​taking a course! No sooner said than done. My attic turned into a creative outlet where I could work to my heart’s desire.

And now, with pride and perhaps a touch of glitter, I can say that since December 2022 I have opened my own nail art bar in the vibrant city center of Eindhoven—the city where I was born and raised!
